My grandmother was Clara M Campbell. Her father was George Henry Campbell of Palmyra NY late 1800s, then of Niagara Falls NY. He married Clara Louise Smith of Palmyra. HER parents were Joseph Smith and Julia Lovejoy. Don`t know George Campbell`s background. Do you?

My daughter is doing a project for school on Scotland. It has enabled us to learn more infomation on my heritage. My father is a Campbell and doesn`t have much recollection of his family. I know they lived in Knoxville and New York. We now live in Washington State. We have our family crest so we had a place to start. Thanks for having this website.

I`m from an Australian branch of the Clan, that came from Glasgow in 1886. I`ve been researching the Scottish side and found that one cousin of my ancestor emigrated to the US and married in New York, 1905. He was George Campbell and married Margaret McInally. I`ve seen a few Georges in the guestbook and am hoping that there may be a connection. George`s parents were Alexander Campbell and Mary Park, he was born in 1881, Glasgow. Alexander`s parents were Alexander Campbell and Hannah Monteith. Thanks for the site.

I`am looking for Robert Joseph Campbell, I served with him in the Navy aboard the USS Bryce Canyon AD-36. I was in the personnel office and he was in the Deck departement office as a Yoeman.

The Campbell name is traced back on my mothers side of the family who many many many years ago immigrated to Dunedin New Zealand. I have been born and raised in Auckland New Zealand an am also part Maori (the indigenous people of NZ). It has been in recent months that i have been interested in learning more about the scottish blood line.
